Francis Treuherz


Francis has been in private practice since 1984 (and part time in the NHS from 1990-2003). He is a Fellow of the Society of Homeopaths, former editor of The Homeopath journal for 10 years, Board member for 20+ years and former Hon Secretary. He was a Trustee of the British Homeopathic Association and is on the editorial advisory board of Homeopathy. He taught homeopathy at the University of Westminster, & Amsterdam, Chichester, Galway, Helsinki, London, Manchester, Prague, San José, San Francisco, Seattle, Stockholm …

He has published clinical and historical articles, a practice audit report and 2 books. He has a library of about 10,600 volumes and a museum collection of artefacts from the history of homeopathy.

Congress 2016

Centred on the theme, Homeopathy: Healthy Patients, Healthy Practice, delegates enjoyed presentations, seminars and workshops delivered by leading homeopaths from the UK and around the globe. Topics for discussion included the first UK presentation by Swiss Paediatrician Dr Heiner Frei, who introduced his very successful approach to treatment of children with ADHD; Dr Jonathan Hardy's video cases of patients with severe addictions markedly helped by Homeopathy; Dr Julie Geraghty introduction of the new Gemstone remedies like Amethyst, Diamond and Emerald (also very useful in addiction) and Dr Elizabeth Thompson on the usefulness of the hydrocarbon remedies in treating patients with cancer.
